Any diet which makes you lose weight... i am really fat PLEASE HELP!?
I WANT to lose kgs in month.. is it possible?? if yes can you tell me how?? I REALLY NEED HELP!! any kind of exercise or preferably a DIET.. please help!! PLEASE
